Quadcare was born from lived experience. Dr Dulcy Rakumakoe saw, both growing up and in her medical career, the reality of long queues and limited access to quality care.
She started Quadcare to bring healthcare closer to communities, addressing both primary and occupational health needs.

Dr Dulcy Rakumakoe is a medical doctor, entrepreneur, and healthcare leader, serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of quadcare.
She holds an MBBCh from the University of the Witwatersrand, along with postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Health, HIV Management, Travel Medicine, Sports Medicine, and an MBA from GIBS, equipping her with both clinical and strategic expertise to lead scalable healthcare solutions.

Bandile has led large teams across South Africa, directed multi-country development programmes, and delivered organisational turnarounds in both corporate and non-profit environments.
