Co-Founder & CEOA Social Entrepreneur with a passion for providing affordable healthcare and wellness solutions for South Africa. Dr Dulcy started out as a Sole General Practitioner in Vryburg 2002, then co-founded U-Care Medical Centres in 2013. quadcare was then born in 2019.
An energetic, excitable, interested and inquisitive Chartered Accountant with excellent people skills, problem solving abilities and a burning desire to prove himself. Currently pursuing a Computer Science degree to combine my passion and my professional life as a Chartered Accountant.
